The word ‘coach’ comes from the small town of Kocs in Hungary where travel was made much more comfortable thanks to the first carriages…

so coaches help you travel smoothly over bumps in the road of life.

The word was also used at Oxford University as slang for a tutor who would ‘carry’ a student through their exams…

so coaches guide and help you find a way through whatever you are facing.

We are all like the crops that grow in the fields around me - some of us grow tall, some grow short; some of us like to stand apart from the crowd, some like to be right amongst it; some of us mature early, some a bit later; some of us like to be the same as other people, some like to be different; some of us find our direction quickly, some take a bit longer; some of us have bends along our stalks, adapting as we grow, some take a straighter path…

The point being we are all wonderfully unique and we all live individually distinct lives.

Whether you need to manage anxiety and emotions, find clarity in your goals, overcome those ‘bumps in the road’, more motivation, help with unwanted habits or behaviours, I can help.

I listen and ask questions; I am open and impartial; I bring out your full potential, your true self.

Our brain is like a muscle. We all know that the more we exercise a certain muscle, the stronger it gets; the less we exercise, the weaker it gets. The thought pathways in our brain are just the same - the more we use a certain neural pathway, the more we think a certain way, the stronger it becomes; the less we use it, the weaker it becomes and tis is how we become ‘stuck’.

Our brain has an amazing ability to reorganise, adapt, learn and change, something known as neuroplasticity. Here’s a brilliant short video clearly explaining this:
